Lily AI is opening a London office

Born in California and founded by two women from India, Lily AI has always been an international company. We are excited to announce that we are expanding our international presence even further. We’ve opened an office in London, expanding our customer-centric product attribution platform to serve European markets. These exciting updates come on the heels of our Series B Prime investments, with one of its goals focusing on international expansion.

Our London-based operations will be led by Chris Roye, Senior Director of Europe. He will report to Ahmed Naiem, Lily AI’s President and Chief Revenue Officer. Roye will grow revenue with retailers across the EMEA region, leaning on his 25 years of experience in B2B sales.

Lily AI’s European Expansion

Lily AI’s international expansion is delivering on our promise to serve global retailers in fashion, home, and beauty who are turning to AI to connect with customers and drive revenue. As we already serve several brands in Europe, the addition of our London office will make Lily platform and solutions more accessible to that market.

Additionally, Lily’s advisory board will be bolstered by two new executives with extensive experience in the United Kingdom and European Union. Terry Hunter is an entrepreneur with an extensive background in driving global revenue and strategic direction for multiple digital commerce companies. Martin Newman, founder of The Customer First Group and Customer Service Action, is a globally renowned authority in the fields of customer centricity and customer experience, having transformed multichannel operations for brands such as Burberry, Harrods, and Ted Baker, and others.

Speaking of Europe, the Lily team will be at Shoptalk Europe again this year! We’ll be speaking on stage and exhibiting at booth C24. Schedule a meeting ahead of the event to learn more and get started!
