Our Shoptalk Europe Speaking Engagements

Lily AI Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer Sowmiya Chocka Narayanan will speak in the Technology Solution Spotlight from 9:50-10:30 a.m. CEST on June 4.

In this session, titled “Engaging Digital Shopping Technologies,” Sowmiya will introduce Lily AI as a solution to forward-thinking European retailers. She’ll also discuss the potential of retail AI with other executives from Microsoft, Deloitte Digital, Bambuser, and Obsess. Their discussion is expertly timed, as European e-commerce revenue is expected to reach nearly €600 billion in 2024. 

Artificial intelligence—and notably, generative AI—helps people pin-point the exact products they want. In her session, Sowmiya and the panel of her peers will discuss how AI and other technologies will help retailers earn more of the €600 billion pie.

Throughout his time onstage, Ahmed will show how Lily AI brings humanity to shopping by bridging the gap between merchant and customer-speak. Lily leverages generative AI, computer vision, natural language processing, machine, and deep learning to enhance shopping experiences by injecting human-centered language throughout the global retail ecosystem. 

Ahmed will detail how Lily AI is interoperable with e-commerce, marketplace, and product management platforms. He’ll also guide attendees through how it improves product attributions and descriptions, enhances product discovery, and drives higher conversions, while keeping the customer at the center of everything.
