OneLook Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as Lily AI (the “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes:

  • Our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This policy applies only to information we collect via the Service and in email, text, and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with the Service.

This policy DOES NOT apply to information that:

  • We collect offline or on any other Company Services or websites, including websites you may access through the Service. 
  • You provide to or is collected by any third party (see Third-Party Information Collection below).

Children Under the Age of 13

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information (as defined below) from children under 13. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.  California residents under 16 years of age may have additional rights regarding the collection and sale of their Personal Information.

We may be unable to delete your Personal Information without also deleting your account with us. You may also request that we restrict the processing of your Personal Information or that we transfer your Personal Information to another organization or directly to you under certain conditions.  We may not accommodate a request if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

California residents are permitted to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.  California residents also have the right to be informed of their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and right to opt out of the sale of their Personal Information.  To make such a request, please contact us using the information in the section titled “Contact Information.”

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of the Service, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Service. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the Service.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile Services is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted through the Service. International Visitors 

The Service is hosted in the United States and is intended for visitors located within the United States.  If you choose to use the Service from the European Union or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, then please note that you are transferring your personal information outside of those regions to the United States for storage and processing.  Also, we may transfer your data from the U.S. to other countries or regions in connection with storage and processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and operating the Service.  By providing any information, including personal information, on or to the Service, you consent to such transfer, storage, and processing.
